Use of the Platform

ResumeMakero is designed to help users create ATS-friendly resumes through guided inputs and live preview functionality.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disrupt, abuse, or misuse the service.

No Employment Guarantee

ResumeMakero does not guarantee:

• job offers

• interviews

• employment outcomes

• recruiter responses

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all resume content before use.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• the information you enter into the platform

• ensuring the accuracy of your resume content

• complying with applicable laws and regulations

Local Data Storage

Resume content generated through ResumeMakero is currently stored locally on the user's device. We do not currently store generated resumes on our servers or databases.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

• branding

• logos

• designs

• code

• text

• graphics

• platform functionality

is the intellectual property of Young Web Solutions unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, impersonation, redistribution, or misuse is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the platform

• attempt unauthorized access

• interfere with platform operations

• use automated systems to abuse the service

• engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to restrict or block access for abusive or harmful behavior.

Third-Party Services

ResumeMakero may use third-party services including analytics, advertising, and infrastructure providers such as:

• Google Ads

• Microsoft Clarity

• Supabase

Use of such services may be subject to their own policies and terms.

Advertisements

The platform may display:

• Google advertisements

• promotional content

• internal advertisements related to our services
   

Limitation of Liability

ResumeMakero and Young Web Solutions shall not be liable for:

• employment decisions

• hiring outcomes

• loss of data

• interruptions or downtime

• indirect or consequential damages

• inaccuracies in resume content

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Platform Availability

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
